James Lee Johansen is the Founder & CEO
of multiple companies, including Coaching-Connections, James Lee Johansen Consulting, and James Lee Johansen Enterprises. He is involved in various roles such as being a Co-Owner of Structured Recovery Residences, a Consultant for New Beginnings Treatment Center and Mainstream Recovery, and an Ordained Minister at Metro Church. He also holds multiple certifications in the recovery field and serves on numerous boards and advisory committees. Despite his busy schedule, he remains a dedicated father and husband.

Renee Michaud is a highly experienced educator with over 35 years of experience in public and private settings. She is currently an instructor at New Pathway Counseling and has previously taught at Passaic County Technical Vocational High School. Renee has expertise in teaching English, math, basic skills, and GED prep classes. She also served as a Training Manager, overseeing the recruitment, assessment, counseling, job training, and job placement of disadvantaged individuals.

Sheilah Powell is a woman in recovery from Substance Use Disorder, mental health challenges, and domestic violence. She entered recovery in 2015 and sustains her wellness through various pathways including Recovery Dharma, medication, Harm Reduction, and advocacy. She is actively involved in grassroots committees, serves as the Board secretary of Ruby's Vision, Inc., and has been featured on "Here's To Your Health!" and served as the Social Media Curator for the 2023 Mobilize Recovery experience. She is currently working with the National Coalition for Drug Legalization and enjoys volunteering for organizations like The Phoenix and Comfort Zone Camp.

Andrea Ramalho is a highly skilled grants and fundraising professional with experience in both government and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at CUMAC, she has led various projects and initiatives, including public safety programs and opioid response teams. With a strong track record, Andrea has secured over $92M in funding during her tenure at Millennium Strategies. She holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's Degree in Political Theory and Master's Degrees in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and Conflict Resolution and Security.

Cheryl Clark holds a Masters in Counseling and is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and Life Coach. With various certifications and 13 years of experience serving people from different backgrounds, she has been a part of Ruby's Vision since 2016, embodying a lifestyle of service.
